Where would you fit in the team?

The Product team consists of 5 product people split between Lyon (FR) and Atlanta (US), reporting to Pierre, Chief Product Officer. We are in charge of articulating business needs, user experience, technical constraints and security to enhance SpendHQ applications in close collaboration with Tech teams. We are opening a new position in Lyon office to support the growth of our activity.

What does the job entail?

You will work closely with Lyon’s UX Designer, QA team, Tech team, Costumer Success and Business experts, and report to Marine, Lead Product. You first mission will focus primarily on the Delivery aspects of the Performance Management application, to support the evolution of Product and Tech team size and processes.

• Manage the support backlog, prioritizing fixes with maximal user value
• Tracking advancement and validation tests
• Help the team learn and improve the delivery process

Once fully operational, at ease with the apps, clients, and vision, you will oversee
your own value swimlane, from Discovery to Delivery:

• take feedback from users
• prioritize pain points from an ROI standpoint
• deliver delightful solutions
• enable other teams to make the most of your creation

YOUR PROFILE

You are the ideal candidate for this position if:

• You have acquired a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as a product owner, customer success or project manager in a digital environment
• You are fluent in English and able to navigate an international environment
• You have worked with demanding clients and stakeholders
• You love solving complex problems for your users and teammates
• You have programming, SQL or data analysis skills
• You are empathetic, solution oriented and opinionated
• You are familiar with Procurement
• You are familiar with Product culture
• You are available as soon as possible to join us and ideally before April 2024.
