Tom is the CEO and founder of SpendHQ, Insight Sourcing Group and the Witness to War Foundation. Tom has over 20 years of strategic sourcing and management experience and has been recognized nationally for both his success as an entrepreneur and as an advocate for our war veterans. Tom lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.

Jake Wojcik, Senior Vice President
Jake is senior vice president at SpendHQ as well as its parent company, Insight Sourcing Group. Jake has 15 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on procurement, sourcing and supply chain management.
Prior to SpendHQ, Jake was a director with Resources Global Professionals (founded by Deloitte), and also formerly with KPMG Consulting (later known as BearingPoint) and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
David Bush, Chief Revenue Officer
David is the chief revenue officer of SpendHQ. David has over 17 years of technology experience in the sourcing and procurement SaaS industry. He is consistently recognized as a leader in procurement technology and high-growth SaaS companies. Prior to SpendHQ, David served as the chief revenue officer for Determine (formally Iasta), an enterprise Source-to-Pay suite solution where he successfully led the growth transformation and turnaround.
Jason Bray, Chief Technology Officer
Jason is the chief technology officer at SpendHQ. He is an experienced technology and product development leader, with over 20 years of experience overseeing the technological development for leading companies such as IgnitionOne, Cardlytics Inc., and Bottomline Technologies. Jason is adept at helping organizations scale and grow to meet market demands while driving operating efficiencies within the organization.
Kirk Poucher, Managing Director, Strategy & Operations
Kirk is a managing director at SpendHQ and is responsible for leading operations and client services. In this role, Kirk supports clients through the scoping, discovery, and implementation process to ensure successful achievement of procurement objectives. Prior to SpendHQ, Kirk spent 10 years as an engagement leader within Insight Sourcing Group’s consulting practice, where he led strategic sourcing initiatives across hundreds of spend categories, facilitated procure-to-pay process design, delivered spend analytics solutions, and executed transportation network analysis.
Doug Black, Director, Spend Solutions
Doug is responsible for managing the Spend Solutions team for SpendHQ. Doug has spent more than 15 years working in technology client services, project management and consulting. Prior to SpendHQ, Doug was the director of client services for Allure Global Solutions, an enterprise software development company serving retail clients.
Brody Nasse, Director, Client Success
Brody is responsible for managing SpendHQ’s Client Success team. The primary focus of the Client Success team is to drive client value through strategic partnership on procurement-level objectives and to help clients realize this value through their relationship with SpendHQ. Prior to SpendHQ, Brody spent 10 years in the procurement world, focusing on account management, strategic sourcing consulting and execution, and procurement system implementation.
Jamie Warren, Director
Jamie is a director at SpendHQ focused on business development and client engagement. Across her career, Jamie has led client engagement initiatives for heads of procurement, corporate strategy, and finance. She has worked on projects in many different areas including cost reduction, spend analytics, procurement optimization, and contract management.
Constantine Limberakis, Director, Product Marketing
Constantine is responsible for Product Marketing at SpendHQ. He is considered a subject matter expert in the field of procurement, contract management and supply management providing a unique mix of market research and business experience. Prior to the appointment to his new role at SpendHQ, Constantine advised and led senior procurement and business leaders as the senior research director at the Hackett Group.
