Scott Macfee, CEO
Scott Macfee is the Chief Executive Officer of SpendHQ. Scott has a twenty-six year track record of success in delivering results across a diverse set of roles. He focuses on inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results, leading organizational change and transformation, and managing business operations in complex environments.
Before joining SpendHQ, Scott most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Granicus, a Vista Private Equity and Harvest Partners-backed SaaS business. Prior to Granicus, Scott served as President and COO of Dimension Data’s United States operation, a $6B System Integration and Managed Services subsidiary of NTT, where he was responsible for the leadership of 1,500 employees, setting the strategic direction and plan, and delivering $2B in revenue annually.
Tom Beaty, Founder
Tom is the founder and majority shareholder of SpendHQ, and is also the founder and CEO of procurement consulting firm Insight Sourcing Group. Tom is actively involved in SpendHQ, particularly as it relates to product design and innovation.

Tom has over 20 years of strategic sourcing and management experience and has been recognized nationally for both his success as an entrepreneur and as an advocate for our war veterans. Tom started and leads the nonprofit Witness to War Foundation which is focused on capturing and preserving the oral histories of combat veterans. Tom lives in Atlanta and has three children.
Jason Bray, Chief Technology Officer
Jason is the Chief Technology Officer at SpendHQ. He is an experienced technology and product development leader, with over 20 years of experience overseeing the technological development for leading companies such as IgnitionOne, Cardlytics Inc., and Bottomline Technologies. Jason is adept at helping organizations scale and grow to meet market demands while driving operating efficiencies within the organization.
Doug VanWingerden, Chief Operating Officer
Doug serves as Chief Operating Officer for SpendHQ where he leads business operations, executes on growth strategies, and works to achieve operational excellence firm-wide. Doug also serves as an Executive Vice President at Insight Sourcing Group. He has 30 years of consulting and operations experience and has supported large-scale, transformational programs for clients around the world in a variety of industries.
Previously, Doug was an Executive Partner at Accenture, a Partner with IBM’s Business Consulting Services, and a Senior Project Engineer with Pratt & Whitney. Doug has worked with many Fortune 1000 companies, including AT&T, Cyrus One, Freddie Mac, lululemon, Lowe’s, and Under Armour.
Damon Newquist, Senior Vice President of Sales
Damon Newquist is the Senior Vice President of Sales at SpendHQ. His focus on driving business outcomes and simplifying data management has been shaped by a range of companies and industries, from giants like DHL, SAP, and Sabre to emerging technologies in construction, education and supply chain.
Damon has a 20+ year success record of building and leading a variety of global organizations with up to $1.8B in annual bookings. He is an avid aviator and lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
Jamie Warren, Director
Jamie is a director at SpendHQ focused on business development and client engagement. Across her career, Jamie has led client engagement initiatives for heads of procurement, corporate strategy, and finance. She has worked on projects in many different areas including cost reduction, spend analytics, procurement optimization, and contract management.
Debbie Raymundo, Director of Marketing
Debbie is the Director of Marketing at SpendHQ. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, project, and product management including BTL, ATL, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Training, Consumer Promotions, Direct Marketing, B2B, Incentive Building, Events Management & Product Research & Development.
Debbie has achieved numerous awards as well as led the strategy and procurement of award-winning retail environments, Digital Six Sigma programs, intranet sites, internal process improvements, new customer implementation and sponsorships in the industries of consumer electronics, software as a service and professional services.
Chris Girard, Director of Engineering
Chris is the Director of Engineering at SpendHQ. Chris is an experienced technology leader with over 20 years of experience leading engineering operations at companies such as Cox Communications, Verizon Connect, and Scientific Games.
Chris has a passion for building high performing technology teams and helping them grow into mature organizations.
