Where Would You Fit the Team?

At SpendHQ, Project Managers are key to enabling our clients to succeed within the application. They play a critical role in new client onboarding and delivering strategic procurement services. They will be asked to manage project workflows, lead client interactions, and work with key client stakeholders to define and achieve their spend visibility goals.

Project Managers are emerging leaders with 1-3 years of client facing experience. At this time, we are actively recruiting professionals who have demonstrated a track record of accomplishment and dedication to join the SpendHQ Project Management team.

What Does the Job Entail?

  • Develop and build relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with teams to efficiently execute on client projects
  • Work with clients to identify, document, and interpret key business requirements
  • When needed, challenge client requirements to promote best practices and to help them maximize the value they get out of SpendHQ products
  • Assist in developing and executing upon project strategies and project plans
  • Build consensus among client stakeholders
  • Facilitate client workshops with key stakeholders and client executives
  • Coordinate communications within and outside the project team

What Skills and Experience Should You Have?

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Demonstrated project management and analytical skills
  • Comfortable with data management
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to executives
  • Proficient at building and maintaining client relationships; proven client facing skills
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Able to demonstrate autonomy and self-starter mindset
  • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
  • Nice to have: procurement and strategic sourcing experience, but will develop with the right candidate

Where Would You Be Located?

This position is in Lyon – FR (preferred). This position is also available remotely in France and EMEA.
