Overview
Transdev is a world-class player in the mobility market, committed to the production of unrestricted and environmentally friendly forms of travel, suitable for all types of passengers. With 11 million passengers on a daily basis, Transdev is the leading zero-emission mobility operator in Europe. Operating in 18 countries and in 5 continents, Transdev acts every day to provide transport services and expertise adapted to each local need.
Their Procurement transformation was initiated with the aim of making the function a direct contributor to the group’s performance.
Solution
The implementation of cross-functional project management, in direct contact with the operating entities, has enabled buyers to be involved earlier in the definition of supplier related solutions. Calculation and recognition of performance processes have been defined.
SpendHQ’s software solution was selected through an open tender, because it was the best suited to implement this management and collaboration approach.
Intuitive and participative, the platform now ensures the transparency and collaboration that define the new positioning of the procurement function within the organization.
The platform also provides continuous reporting on both activities, the team performance, and it will reinforce the recognition of the procurement function and its results.
SpendHQ’s procurement performance management solution used by this customer was originally named Per Angusta, with the renaming following Per Angusta’s merger with SpendHQ in July 2022.
