Manuel Roger is the Managing Director for EMEA at SpendHQ, where he brings decades of experience at the intersection of procurement, SaaS, and global growth. At SpendHQ, Manuel’s focus is clear: empowering procurement teams to not just track value—but prove it. With a sharp eye on financial and non-financial impact, he helps organizations across Europe identify, deliver, measure, and report on procurement performance with precision.
A graduate in IT engineering and holder of an MBA from EM Lyon Business School, Manuel began his career on the front lines of international IT procurement before stepping into a defining leadership role—creating and leading the global procurement function at The Adecco Group as its first-ever Group CPO. From a blank page, he built a world-class procurement organization spanning 200+ professionals across 20 countries.
Prior to joining SpendHQ, Manuel spent over a decade leading the exponential growth of Beeline across EMEA and APAC. He built the business from the ground up—growing the team to over 100 professionals in 10 countries and expanding the client base to 200+ global organizations across Europe and APAC. His leadership helped shape Beeline into a category-leading VMS platform for sourcing and managing extended workforces worldwide.
Outside of work, Manuel’s energy doesn’t slow down. He’s an avid mountain-sport enthusiast—whether it’s biking, hiking, climbing, or cross-country skiing. He loves spending time with his family, and he’s deeply involved in Scouting, helping youth grow into well-rounded, resilient, and happy adults.
