Jason Treida is the Chief Customer Officer at SpendHQ, where he leads global customer success strategy and execution driven by one goal: making sure every client sees real, lasting value. With over 25 years in procurement technology and SaaS leadership, Jason is passionate about building high-growth companies that deliver lasting, measurable value.
He began his SaaS journey as a college entrepreneur, launching IASTA during his senior year at Indiana University to offer a bold alternative to legacy eSourcing providers. That founder DNA still drives his leadership today: innovative, customer-first, and always growth-minded.
Jason holds a degree in Sales and Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and has completed advanced training in leadership, management, and sales through The Performance Institute, Butler University’s Advisory Association, and Sandler. He’s scaled multiple companies from startup to exit, and his proudest achievements always circle back to the impact on people—team members and customers alike.
Outside the office, Jason stays on the move—hiking, traveling, hitting the water, or chasing after his energetic 6-year-old son on the soccer field.
