What is a Spend Analysis Unicorn?
A spend analysis unicorn is the perfect blend of technology and expertise. With all the spend analysis technology solutions available at our fingertips today, it’s no wonder procurement professionals find themselves overwhelmed with options or even skeptical of the high promises some solution providers make on the projected savings, risk reduction, and compliance management they will provide. We encourage this skepticism and believe you should take it a step further. What is the end goal for the spend analysis solution you are selecting? Once it’s selected, do you have a user adoption plan? Furthermore, do you have the expertise in-house or through your solution provider to execute on the intended goal?
Watch this procurement webinar and walk away equipped to:
- Create and execute a Best-In-Class user adoption plan
- Outline the expertise needed in-house or set clear-cut expectations for your solution provider to execute on your intended goal
- Get the step by step “ingredient” list to spawn your own spend analysis unicorn
- Spend Analysis: The Foundation for Procurement Excellence
