New SpendHQ CEO to Lead the Next Phase of Growth
July 12, 2021, Atlanta – SpendHQ, the spend analytics platform, welcomes new CEO, Scott Macfee, to lead the organization through its next stage of growth. Macfee most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Granicus, a Vista Private Equity and Harvest Partners-backed SaaS business. Over his three-year tenure with Granicus, Macfee led a team focused on delivering industry leading customer satisfaction and retention to over 4,000 customers. As a member of the Granicus executive team, Macfee’s leadership was instrumental in driving the growth and scaling of Granicus’s operation from $60M annual recurring revenue base to $150M, both organically and through multiple acquisitions.
Prior to Granicus, Macfee spent 18 years with Dimension Data, a $6B System Integration and Managed Services subsidiary of NTT. Macfee served as President and COO of Dimension Data’s United States operation. He was responsible for the leadership of 1,500 employees, setting the strategic direction and plan, and delivering $2B in revenue annually.
Macfee will replace SpendHQ founder Tom Beaty, who will remain active with the spend intelligence company as a board member and a contributor to SpendHQ’s product innovation. Beaty also remains CEO of Insight Sourcing Group Holdings, the majority shareholder in SpendHQ.
