Customer Success Manager

Overview

SpendHQ is a procurement analytics platform for procurement and sourcing professionals. We empower our customers to enhance and grow their strategic sourcing capabilities with a suite of spend visibility, supplier/risk management and savings analytics tools powered by leading AI and machine learning technologies.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager, EMEA to serve as a key member of the SpendHQ team. The Customer Success team is responsible for driving value realization for customers, helping them reach mutually agreed measures of success.

Acting as a trusted advisor and coach, you will be responsible to define, measure, and confirm the realization of our customer’s business objectives and strategic outcomes through the use of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to working with end users, management, and procurement and finance executives. Procurement, strategic sourcing and/or corporate finance experience with a focus on opportunity identification from spend data as well as sourcing project management is a plus (but not required).

What You’ll Do

  • Maximize value realization for EMEA customers using our Spend Intelligence (SI) and Procurement Performance Management (PPM) solutions
  • Define and track measures of success across the whole customer journey          
  • Manage all 4 key enablers of customer success: solution adoption, proximity with multiple stakeholders, maintain high satisfaction, monitor support service levels
  • Plan and lead business reviews and other touchpoints as per SpendHQ customer engagement strategy
  • Contribute to SpendHQ business growth by improving gross retention, bringing qualified expansion opportunities to the account management team and developing customer advocacy for Sales & Marketing
  • Contribute to Spend HQ organisational growth by taking active part in our continuous improvement journey.
  • Manage and report your performance leveraging our team tools and processes.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Track record in delivering measurable value in a Procurement, Procurement Consulting or Procurement Digitalization role.
  • Strong appetence for digital solutions and data.
  • Excellent client (or supplier) facing skills.
  • Multi-tasker, objectives driven.
  • Previous Success Management experience is most welcome, but we will also invest in training a Procurement professional to the job.
  • Pre-existing knowledge and usage of SpendHQ Products would be a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English & French is required.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive benefits package. Limited travel, as needed (<20%)

Location: Lyon, FR (preferred). This position is also available remotely in France.
